Nick worked his tail off! If I had a company like this, I would want Nick on my team. Normally when we have the main line cleaned out it is easy peasy. However that was not the case this time. The last guy who put the cover back on must have cross threaded it. After some back breaking work, Nick persuaded the cover off and was able to clean out the drains and we no longer have water backing up from the floor. Nick you saved the day! Or in this case a Sunday night. Top notch work!
